Waba Grill - Ontario

Today I experienced the worst service ever! I asked for a box to carry 2 drinks. The bleach-long girl has upset herself that she had to go on her back to get one for me. They gave me the carrier. I had to find out how to open it. Then I asked about Wabba sauce and the hot sauce and told me the packages were only for the delivery I ordered to go. Will never return to this store again!!!

Honestly I 'm not one to complain but on different occasions the staff there has been rude every time I go. If I could give 0 stars I would. Today was the last straw. The man with the beard was ringing me up rushing me with attitude and then took off and then the lady with the blonde hair was finishing taking my order and giving attitude as well. I made two seperate transactions. So I patiently waited for my orders. She then called 82 and 83, I was waiting for numbers 83 and 84. So I waited and then she called 85. I was like ok maybe it was a mobile order, as I was waiting she then looked at me with attitude and instead of saying is there anything else we can help you with. She yelled out, what are you still waiting for? I then responded that I was still waiting on number 84, feeling embarrassed for yelling at me when I never gave her attitude and never asked if my other order was ready yet. She then told me again with attitude that she had called it and i told her no, she called 82 and 83 together and then skipped to 85. She still insisted but I told her no, she never called it. Then she complained to the man cooking in Spanish and i responded because I speak spanish as well. The customer service there is just the worst and I will just not go there anymore to be treated with disrespect. I get it everywhere is short staffed. I for one work in customer service myself so I know what it 's like and how to treat customers even if they 're wrong. But we do not need to be treated this way, especially trying to humiliate a person. Please find better employees! Until then I 'll just go somewhere else.

This Waba grill offers free avocado with purchase, but the guy that rang me up says, it's through app purchase only. Nothing on flyer about that. Other Waba's don't say that.

All the employees were rude, the clerk rushed me and the store was very dirty. Trash on the ground and sauce spilled on the counters with hair!! The pictures were taken after an employee cleaned up the area.

Not the one to leave the reviews, but to go in girls was not even greeted over the counter on the facetime unbuttered when she was made with her phone call to visit me I asked her for a chicken dish with vegetables and corrected me with posture? so chicken vieggie dish? when I give her my money to pay her, she only has this evil attitude face on her, the receipt shows the name under aracely. she really needs some work on her customer service and fake it until customers are away discreet in how much you hate to work there. Sm
