Sammy's Burgers - Ontario

This burger place can't be beat on price. The cheeseburger special is $4.65 which compared to the Burger King across the street and the Tommy's burger next door, is a steal considering you get just as much food at a better quality and you're supporting local businesses

The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is due to the restaurant's run-down appearance. The paint was peeling, the walls were dirty, and the menus were taped to the wall. The self-serve fountain drink machine in the dining room was out of order, but they were happy to fill our drinks from the one behind the counter, and refills were free. This kind of atmosphere is what you might expect when the owners are hands-on with the work; they were a really sweet Asian couple, though the language barrier made it hard to ask about the ingredients in the burger and so on. I would definitely return, although I might consider taking my order to go if I'm bringing my girlfriend along again. The area around the restaurant also has a bit of a sketchy vibe.

This charming little burger spot in Ontario is a hidden gem. Run by a lovely mom-and-pop duo, they serve up delicious food. I tried the double cheeseburger combo for the first time, and it was fantastic—flavorful burger paired with crispy fries. The soda machine also offers a great variety. I highly recommend this place!

I've been coming here for years and have noticed some changes to the recipes, which is why I'm giving them 4 stars. However, it remains one of the best places to eat!

I liked the food and the cheese burger special is only 5 bucks with a 1000 island on the side for the French fries. Mmmm...
