Outback Steakhouse Ontario

We went on a Saturday night and waited only 30 minutes. our server was theo and he was also absolutely fantastic and funny! he made sure we had everything we needed and extras without asking! the food was really delicious and good size portions in comparison to other restaurants. we will definitely come back and hopefully have him back as our server.

That was my first time there and I was curious how many friends love this place. I and my friends were first served by the manager who was rude. our actual server was later amazing. was not too happy with my blooming wobbly. tastefully burned. my mid rare ribeye was great and my whiskysaurier was disgusting. hasn't even tasted like a whiskey brew. between the managers bad customer service skills, my drink and the blooming wobbles I take 2 stars away. my other dri k and my steak were really good and the actual server was amazing. but the beginning manager, who served us as part, was extremely disappointing. She killed my vibe.

We were out for the new year and decided to eat something and Outback was near us. We were served by Holly and from the beginning she was very pleasant and came around to make sure we didn't need anything. Always with a smile and it really was a great experience. The food was awesome and with all the changes they were as requested. We asked for the manager, Carmelita and we shared our experience. Thanks Holly for such a great time. Happy New Year!!!

Horrible service when I ordered curbside to go. Waited and waited before going in and seeing my order hanging on a hook. I asked why no one came out with my order, and was told I was supposed to call when I got there, since the camera didn't work. How in the world was i supposed to know that? There were no signs posted, nor was anything mentioned in the app when i placed the order. I felt the management basically just brushed it off, offered no hint of apology or even understanding.

We arrived at 3:45 pm and were served and finished within 1 hour. Our server did a fabulous job! If you are looking for a good sweet alcoholic drink the Wallaby Darned and Huckleberry Hooch are fabulous!
