Additionally, regardless of the time of day, he consistently claims that they have run out of food. I have decided that I will not spend any more money at this establishment, even though it's a sister company of Rock and Brews near the southwest terminals, where the service from Felicia, Sandy, and Jen has always been exceptional. Just a heads up, the only reason there are people here now is that a flight is about to depart. I recommend heading over to Rock and Brews on the other side for a much more pleasant experience while you wait for your flight!

The restaurant claims to open at 5 AM, but when we arrived at the airport and reached our gate, it wasn't open as advertised. The lights were on, but nobody was there. Disappointing!

Gil is the highlight of this establishment. The coffee shop staff seem to completely overlook the bar area. I waited at the bar for about 10 minutes while coffee employees walked in and out without acknowledging me. However, when Gil returned from his lunch, he promptly attended to me. This business should do everything it can to keep him satisfied—he's fantastic!

The server didn 't even try to be cordial. The bar was empty. What do you want! Then no club soda. No apologies. Asked for a jack and coke. Didn 't let us know they only had Pepsi products. Yo sum up the experience DO NOT GO HERE! There are better options in the terminal!

Gil is awesome! He's very attentive and pays close attention to the amount of time you may have before your flight. Great job Gil!
