Firehouse Subs - Ontario

I had never tried Firehouse Subs before, but my wife and I decided to give it a try when we saw that T-Mobile Tuesday was offering a free sub. I stayed home babysitting while my wife went to redeem the offer. She had two separate codes on her phone and my phone, but the girl at the counter would only accept one code. Despite explaining the situation, she refused to honor the second code. We ended up purchasing a sandwich each - the chili was spicy but bland, and my Italian sandwich was disappointing. The bread was soggy and the sauce tasted unpleasant. Overall, I was unhappy with both the service and the food, and do not plan on returning. I believe that Jersey Mike's has better and tastier sandwiches.

This restaurant is incredibly tasty! There are so many different options to choose from, and it is a step above other similar establishments. The staff here is fantastic.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely unprofessional. They don't even greet customers and the atmosphere is very unwelcoming. This will be my first and last visit to this place. I will be going to Subway instead.

Bomb!! ??so good on the garlic bread and added avocado to my turkey bacon ranch minus the ranch. Chili or excellent even better than the soup.. A+
