Drive thru only... isn't too bad here, so far. Kinda fast. I'd rather go inside however.

I normally get good food and good service, but last time I went I ordered online and after I submitted my order I went to pick it up. When I got there I checked in and figured it would only be a few minutes. After a few minutes an order was ready for pick up but they didn't call my name. So I waited 20 minutes (couldn't get a hold of anyone at the front counter to ask about my order) finally asked someone and they told me the order that was set for pick up was mine, they just didn't bother to check to see if customer was there. Poor customer service and cold food by the time I got home.

Plain and simple very poor service and poor food, didn't even get my order right. Since they aren't doing walk ins right now pulled into a parking spot got out and had to knock on the window quite a few times just to tell them that they forgot something. HORRIBLE

Worst costumer service. They charged me for ranch. And it was just few drops of ranch.You can see in picture. Look at untouched area of cup

Reliable, courteous and accurate service. Food is fresh and delicious. Excellent menu choices with a wide variety. I will come back again.
