Blu Grill - Ontario

Our server Maria was fantastic. She was very genuine, friendly, and did an excellent job. The restaurant was very quiet that night, and we essentially had the dining room to ourselves. The food was delicious and even impressed my fiancé, who is very picky about restaurants. Overall, we were both very happy with our experience. The exceptional service really made it stand out for us. Maria went above and beyond.

This restaurant is more of a casual hotel bar and grill with a bar food menu, located in the hotel lobby. When I arrived for my Open Table reservation, the server seemed unfamiliar with Open Table. The Blu cheese wedge salad had unexpected chopped onions on top, not listed on the menu. The entree arrived almost simultaneously with the salad, and my club sandwich was just average. When I requested mayonnaise, I was given a small packet to open myself. The service was okay, but overall, Blu did not meet the standards I would anticipate from a restaurant listed on Open Table.
