Big Eat is always a reliable choice with consistently large portions that never disappoint. Their phone ordering process is convenient, and they are able to assist customers in both Spanish and English.

This restaurant usually serves very good, fresh food. However, this time I was a little disappointed because the carne asada burrito I ordered was cold, making the whole burrito seem less than freshly prepared. It felt like it had been sitting in the refrigerator all day. In comparison, the carne asada quesadilla was warm throughout. The dining experience lacked the usual heart and quality that I have come to expect from this place. In the past, this restaurant was one of my favorite spots for Mexican food. I hope that this was just a one-time issue and not the new norm.

I really enjoy this restaurant, but I specifically requested no cheese due to my lactose intolerance and my order still came with cheese. In addition to the dismissive and rude response from the cashier, it feels like they don't prioritize customer service anymore. I have a serious allergy, and I am disappointed with the lack of understanding and care from the cashier. It seems like they are not trained to handle the responsibility of separating business from personal matters, as none of us should have to deal with this issue.

Eating is very good workers are always with a great setting to be a small restaurant with many great food great prices authentic Mexican food brings me back to all homemade meals my family grew up.

Nice local small joint. Had carne asada fries and a large tamarindo drink. They were both very good. All under $15. Thumbs up.
