Dragon House - Onley

The sesam huh and fried rice was good, although I had to wait 10-15 minutes, but it is worth it at the end of the day. the lady who worked at the reception was nice and friendly, I had no problems with her.

Decided to get Chinese food on my trip to the house and found this little place so glad I stopped here instead of eating fast. I need to relax and enjoy a combination dinner that was made to order and came out hot! everything was delicious and spiced right and it came out quickly! so many better choices than in a hurry, so they go through a drive-thru! and I couldn't finish it all!

Having grown up in the area of Onley, I have always been familiar with and dined at Dragon House. Over the years, this family-owned business has consistently maintained a high standard of quality, and I have built a strong customer relationship with them that has lasted for twelve years. Even after joining the navy and exploring various restaurants in different locations, I can confidently say that the experience and quality of the food at Dragon House surpasses that of many other establishments in places like Chicago, Illinois, Virginia Beach, Northern Virginia, and along the East Coast. The welcoming and attentive service from the family that owns the restaurant matches the care and quality put into their food. I will always hold Dragon House to a higher standard compared to other restaurants I visit. If you are traveling and in need of a place to satisfy your cravings, I highly recommend stopping by and enjoying a meal at Dragon House. Rating: 15/10.

The restaurant seems to be under new management as I did not recognize any familiar faces from the past 30 years. I was disappointed with the coconut shrimp dish as there was only half the usual amount and very little coconut dressing. The egg rolls have also been changed, which was another disappointing surprise. The prices have gone up as well. It's unfortunate that we now only have two Chinese restaurants in town, China Chef and Happy Buffet, as we used to have three. Hopefully, the new management will address these issues and improve the overall experience. Take out service was rated 3 out of 5, with a dinner price range of $20-30 per person. The food quality was rated 1 out of 5, while the atmosphere received a 1 out of 5 rating as well.

The beef egg foo young at this restaurant is excellent. The waitstaff is consistently friendly, and you can watch them prepare your food. Transparency is important to me. I recommend the takeout service for dinner, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 4 out of 5. I recommend trying the shrimp roll, triple delight, and shrimp with lobster sauce.
