Once a favorite dining destination, it has faced increased competition with the opening of other restaurants in town. I hope Mr. Biggs remains competitive and keeps finding new ways to improve in order to keep up with its rivals.

The service at this restaurant is lacking and could use some improvement. A management change might be beneficial, as they seem to be struggling to meet modern customer expectations.

The service was prompt and attentive, always accompanied by a friendly smile. If there were a rating higher than 5 stars, I would absolutely give it!

The restaurant's exterior is quite decent, although I prefer a more vibrant look. The service was satisfactory, but the main drawback of this Mr. Bigg's location is its size; it is not wheelchair accessible.
