My boyfriend's nana's homemade pies are much tastierAtmosphere: bare, cold, small and quite disheveledCustomer service: There's an aggressive woman who works there who is unfriendly to her kind colleagues. She needs to take a concrete pill and harden up because those pies are the only thing that are saving her from poverty, so treat your customers with respect and stay focused and you'll get your ridiculous payment of $10 for your sad excuse of a pie and chip.You can do better.

I came into the Whangarei store on Sunday and experienced a great warm visit. The young lady was very nice and cheerful. The food was delicious! ! ill definitely be back in the near future

Staff are not focused on serving customers product is good spoiled by slack service.
