Papa Johns Pizza - Oneonta

The young lady who works there is always very polite and remembers my name and my order every time. It's impressive! I believe a gentleman called her Kayla today. She's absolutely wonderful. This location provided me with an excellent meal and outstanding customer service. I will definitely dine there again.

Absolutely fantastic! The delivery was right on time, the pizza was delicious, and the service was excellent. This is definitely one of my favorite spots in Oneonta!

The manager, Deedrah (I believe that's the correct spelling), is truly fantastic! She is very pleasant, friendly, and provides impeccable customer service. The pizza is always delicious, and the wait time is never too long. The decor is great, and we've never experienced rude service. That’s why we love Papa John’s!

How about the last time I had a problem that I asked a manager to contact me twice about the order and never get anything by phone or email. this time the order was picked up by someone who was not driver and not by doordash. that's ridiculous, a 60th order is handed over to a random person and I have to deal with the mistake. the command was so bad that I got sick, never was addressed. papa johns is a sweat in the sight of customer service. they will not be contacted, or someone will try to worry about a problem of them. not order from this industry
