I just wanted to give a specific review to the Typkenny that went up and beyond to try and help me today, I placed an order earlier and once I got home I realized that my bakery was missing items. I had lunch here on a busy Sunday. The staff was working efficiently but they were obviously short-staffed. We had to wait a long time for our food. What I love about Panera is that they will happily modify any sandwich. The butternut squash soup wasoutstanding. Once we got our food we were satisfied with everything.

Ordered a large Cobb salad with chicken yesterday. When I got it home there was hardly any salad and chicken in the bowl. For the price I paid I'd at least like to get my money's worth. Won't go there again. Definitely ripped off!!!!!
