ANNEX Roots offers the best beer cheese sauce I've ever had. Despite thinking I would never find such delicious beer cheese again, I was pleasantly surprised during my visit. I also enjoyed their other comfort food dishes. Additionally, Roots serves some of the best cocktails I've ever tried. The mixologist has a talent for creating unique twists on classic cocktails, like the smoked rosemary Negroni Sauer, which was exceptional. I was amazed to find such high-quality cocktails in Oneonta, New York. (Apologies for not centering my glass on the napkin in the photo)

New in town. The best part is the drinks and atmosphere! The only downside is that I wish they were open more often. Either way, I am impressed and know that I can bring new friends here to enjoy the constantly changing artwork and entertaining bingo nights. Thanks for the recommendation.

Loved our trip there. It was a welcoming room. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The whole beer we tried was good, and a few were excellent (you need to try Joy on tap when you visit). We just missed a visit from one of the brewers when we were there and my guy wanted to shake his hand to create such a delicious concoction. Definitely a must to visit for a Craft Beer fan!
