Fuji Hibachi Sushi Asian Bistro

Great service. The atmosphere is great. Delicious sushi, and hibachi scallops.

Disclaimer- I only ate sushi and did not try anything from the rest of the menuWhen eating sushi, you only need to try one piece of nigiri to know everything there is know about a sushi restaurant. The rice and the fish of that one bite will reveal the skill and effort that went into its creation.My first piece of nigiri was, unfortunately, utterly typical for CNY. The texture of the rice was a bit on the mushy side but better than some places in the area. It was, however, entirely bland and tasteless- just marginally sticky white rice, it added nothing but carbohydrates to the sushi. Sushi rice should be prepared with vinegar or sake and I could taste neither.The tuna was pumped so full of red dye to give it a fresh appearance it was nearly a light source in its own right. Sadly, it, too, was tasteless as if it had been frozen and thawed several times.Service was acceptable, no complaints there, and the food did come fast....but speed isn 't always a good thing.I think the folks at Fuji Hibachi are trying, but the performance lacked the proper ingredients and skill in preparation. Not worth a repeat visit, I 'm afraid.

Love the environment, the waiters are friendly, the crispy Tempura and sushi are both excellent, we will be back again.

Tried the sushi for two, the fish is always fresh, it's amazing. Friendly waiters, recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

We LOVE this place! The food is amazing, the staff are too. We feel so lucky to have this restaurant within driving distance. Best sushi I’ve ever had, including at way more expensive places in big cities. A Vegetarian options: The MAC rolls were so good! (Mango, avocado,cucumber)Kid-friendliness: Awesome kid meals, my picky 7 year old now officially loves mushrooms (he was very anti-mushroom until today). Thank you!
