Andolini's Pizza - One Loudoun

Hate to have to write a negative post. Food is always really good. However, the customer service is dreadful. If you order delivery, hope that you don't have any issues with your order. The folks that answer the phone show no empathy nor do they attempt to correct any problem you have. Don't believe the 35-45 delivery time line. They are never at your door within that time frame. In fact, tonight I was left on hold for so long, I finally had to hang up. If a manager is reading this, invest in basic customer service training for those thst take orders on the phone and answer the phone. Too many options in the Loudoun county area to have to deal with poor service.

I had a gyro and lemon pepper wings. The wings come breaded and well seasoned. Gyro has some nice feta on it to flavor it up.

The restaurant is very clean, their food is excellent and delicious, and their service system is excellent. The staff are very nice and the customer service is excellent. I have never eaten pizza so delicious

I only ordered delivery so I have no idea about the restaurant.We got 10 very nice, crispy, hot and well dressed wings very tasty.Pizza very tasty didn't have to ask for extra cheese, there is a good amount already.Garlic knots that were well made and delicious as well.I recommend and will continue to order from here

Whenever I am in town, I always stop here for lunch. Great lunch specials, everything comes out hot and fresh.
