Mayugura - Ome

Lovely restaurant inside a beautiful house with a relaxing ambiance, it’s like being transported to a different dimension as you enter, it’s so different and disconnected from the outside surroundings. I really like how open the layout is inside, unobstructed, but spacious in a way that allows for privacy between tables. The Vegetable Plate is the only vegan option, and comes with soup and rice. The portion size was small, but it was delicious. I really liked the complimentary corn tea, too, which is available to buy in their little shop corner beside the cashier. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any proper bicycle parking, so we parked our bikes in whatever space was available by the outdoor entrance.

A restaurant that has been built for more than 100 years since its establishment in 2000. It is delicious to eat anyway! If there is such a shop nearby, you might want to go every day.

This place is traditional japanese place. You can eat vegetarian menu. The place has a good food and mood. The building is a very old structure, then they renewed the building to change to a restaurant.

Staff was very welcoming and pleasent and for any canadien out there, you know that a 5 course meal at 33 000 yen ~36 is impossible to come by at your home country. On top of it every single bite was a burst of flavors and textures. Umeshu was deliciously well balanced as the rest of the meal.A big thank you to the Kosoen Studio for suggesting this restaurant.So very pleased.
