Good food, good service, don’t let the appearance fool you

Forgot how good this place is always looks closed but it's not go in even if the door says closed

Indulge in more hidden gem Mexican restaurants—they truly nourish the soul. This place was fantastic! From the chips and salsa to the cabbage slaw (oh my goodness), everything was delightful. The Chicken Mole was the best I've ever tasted. On top of that, the service was excellent. The atmosphere felt like a family gathering. I highly recommend it!

Delicious slaw salsa. Washrooms were in need of maintenance… bring your own TP. Cocktail shrimp should be outlawed in any seafood dish. Otherwise friendly service and nice big serving sizes.

If you like good food eat here. The decor is dated and worn but the food is hand cooked from scratch. This is my new favorite Mexican food restaurant in NC Washington. What is lacks in aesthetics is far out weighted by the quality of the meal and the friendly service.
