We usually love it here but tonight we had soggy pizza in fairness we did not send it back as we were with our grandchildren and kind of in a hurry as we wanted to avoid any melt down situations. The pizza just did not sit right with any of us and when we got home we actually just chucked the pizza. I'm sure we will be back but will definitely be sending back anything that is undercooked and soggy. Everyone enjoyed the wings and salad they would have gotten 4 1/2 stars!
My last visit to Pitch was with my MIL and my step daughter and we wanted to fuel up before shopping at Village Pointe. I was just getting over a cold so I opted to try something new. I ordered the mix and match sprouts, and fries, and then a cup of soup. Obviously Pitch is known for their pizza, and truffle fries, but WOW I am beyond impressed with their soup. It was a Mexican tortilla, with a delicious broth base, it had red onions and heaps of chicken, and other veggies, it was just what the doctor ordered. We also got the artichoke salad, to share, and their portions are just huge. Which in todays economny, we love it! We left full and with to go boxes. Excellent experience.
Only giving Pitch 4 stars because the food definently deserves 5 stars, but it is always very hectic inside. They are very busy because the food is amazing but it's not a place to sit down and be super casual and chill. Every time I have been the service has been pretty good, and the inside is super cool! Just depends what you're looking for but the food is SO GOOD!!
Today, I had to go to the neighboring state and stopped for an early dinner. We didn't have a reservation and felt out of place at first but decided to stay and try their happy hour menu. We ordered the Bianco Verde pizza, which had a good balance of flavors but was a bit soggy at the bottom. I also asked the waiter for a drink recommendation and tried the Tiger Blood Mule-Up, which was refreshing and well-balanced. Overall, the food and drinks were decent for the price we paid, and I would recommend trying it during happy hour. Our total bill came out to $31 including tip.
