Subway - Omaha

This is one of my favorite places to get healthy food,they never let me down this day I chose to use a coupon.

Im trying to call them and they ignore or hang up on me they forgot my chips and drink and the sandwiches are cold smh bad service

The customer service was disappointing. They ran out of bottled Sprite and couldn't offer an alternative drink. My order was incorrect and poorly prepared. I had ordered two combos and had to argue with the staff and show them my online order to get it resolved. There was no apology for the mistake or the inconvenience caused.

I highly advise against dining at this location. They are serving contaminated food that could lead to food poisoning. When I attempted to call and inform them, the employee dismissed me with a rude comment and hung up. Please avoid this place unless you want to risk getting sick. I will be seeking legal advice about this situation.

The staff does not pay attention to customer requests, leading to overcharging and disputes. Sophia is not suited for a job in customer service. They can't even provide a receipt. It feels like they only hire individuals who haven't succeeded in school.
