Subway - Omaha

My family and I visited this restaurant for a quick dinner after not eating all day. My children had brought some food from Walmart, while my husband and I were ready to place our orders. As my kids started eating, a staff member approached them and rudely informed them that outside food wasn't allowed. I attempted to explain that we were also customers and had ordered food, but the staff member dismissively responded with a "No." We decided to leave, as I won't tolerate rudeness towards my children. I'm not coming back, and I hope they realize that their behavior cost them business by refusing to let kids eat when their parents are paying customers. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

However, as soon as my children sat down to eat, a man came from the back and rudely told them they couldn’t eat outside food. I tried to explain that we were also ordering food and asked if my kids could stay, but he responded dismissively, saying, "No." We decided to leave because I won’t tolerate rudeness towards my children. I won’t be returning to this place, and I hope they realize they’ve lost business because of their unkindness, especially towards paying customers with children. It’s simply ridiculous.

Always a delicious meal. THIS SUBWAY CARRIES 9-GRAIN HONEY OAT BREAD!!! (Not all Subways have it; in fact, many do not.)
