Sonic Drive-in - Omaha

Can not even order their meal with the running gear thru person interrupt and cut them off before they can finish ordering a product. they need an additional training for the easy on the head set. I took my business down road to kfc. kfc was much more professional in ordering by the drive.

Tried ordering after she said how can I help you, got no response and so I did not get good customer service at all and just left without getting anything! Awful service!

Order was only 8 dollaz n sum change,i used my bank card instead of cash n sonic took $17 dollaz n sum change.So da moral of dis is u bettr check your transaction statements after u dine there.

We totally loved the visit here. The onion rings were crisp and perfect sized. Not huge but easy to handle and the batter doesn't fall off when you take a bite. The Super Sonic Bacon Burger was delicious and made 2 meals for me. The meat, cheese and bacon melted in my mouth. The quality of the bacon was quite noticable. My fiancee had fries served fresh, hot and crispy. He had Super Sonic Cheese Burger and loved everything about it. This is definitely a great place to eat. They weren't very busy being middle of the afternoon but it's service was A+. They even returned to the car to check if everything was ok. We will be back next time we go to the VA.

I got 2 hot fudge su days which are usually pretty good. The thing is, when u say no whipped cream they both come out with whipped cream on them. People are not listening!
