Pizza Hut - Omaha

Poor service, don't expect delivery to a business when they don't except payments by phone. Will never ask for their service or food!

Good meal. Adequate service time for pick up order. BUT The car side delivery girl tried delivering my big box combo which is a large rectangle box the size of 2 medium pizzas side by side. The directions said deliver to passenger door, she tried to deliver to the driver side. I asked her to go to the passenger side, she did with frustration. I rolled down my passenger window for her to pass my order through. She literally put in half way thru my window, not making sure that it landed on my passenger seat and Left! I thought it was kinda rude especially since I left a $4.85 tip on my order placed online.... And for what!?

I signed up for curbside delivery, but when I arrived, there were no instructions. I waited several minutes before deciding just to go in and collect my order. It would be nice for a number to text upon arrival.

Great food, great presentation but HORRIBLE customer service!! It was obviously busy and the lady answering the phone was very very rude. I ended up ordering online just so I didn't have to deal with her rudeness. She obviously could not multi task at all. Just ridiculous!!

Terrible. Placed an online order. Got a call that I missed that they were out of an ingredient (and not very smartly asked if we wanted to substitute real sausage for veggie sausage). Told me I had 5 minutes to call back or they'd cancel the order. I tried repeatedly (8 times) to call back (on both the number they called me on and the main number listed on the website) and got recorded messages each time. Don't give people a stupid time limit if you're not going to be accessible.
