Our waitress Shannon went above and beyond to make my Granddaughters birthday special!

PF Changs used to be consistently good. Not sure why that is no longer the case. We have noticed the restaurant is no longer full, staffing seems short and most of all the food is inconsistent. For example, I order Buddha's feast in a brown sauce every time I go and each time it is served differently. One time the tofu is deep fried, next time just sautéed. I believe the menu says no pea pods and sometimes it is heavy with pods to the exclusion of other veggies. The consistency is just off.

Not good. Food wasn't good. Restaurant was too hot. Used to love going there but it was quite terrible and as a family we won't be returning. Sad.

My husband and I walked out of PF Changs saying “that was just OK.” We will be just fine if we don’t make it back there again. Service was wonderful and SO FAST! But the food, despite its great presentation, lacked in flavor. The Orange Chicken was dry and the Pad Thai didn’t have much flavor, I needed to add soy sauce for a little something more. The Edamame was good! And the Crab Wontons were real crab, which was awesome, but again, just missed the mark with flavor. Ambiance was great.

I chose Changs for my birthday lunch! I knew the food and service would be exceptional! The entire staff works together to provide a fantastic dining experience! I highly recommend trying the Sangria, it's now my new favorite summer drink! Special thanks to our server Diana for ensuring our experience was top-notch.
