Over Easy - Omaha

Not my first time at Over Easy and it won't be my last. Friday morning at 10:00, and it wasn't too crowded. Of course we had to order the homemade pop darts. Split a wild berry and a strawberry. They were fantastic as always! I ordered the breakfast sandwich that is LOADED. Buttery roasted sourdough, omlete style egg, bacon, jalapeño marmelade (a touch sweet), hashbrows and a cream cheese thrown with some shredded cheese. If you do not like cheese or are lactose intolerance, the sandwich does not need to be good yet. Food and service were fantastic. Never been disappointed here!

Ordered the chicken and waffles, the honey glaze was amazing! The waffles were the best consistency of crispy and fluffy. The chicken was tender! Overall great meal to start my day!

Absolutely amazing food, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere! A new favorite brunch spot for sure!

O.M.G. ! For the season they have pumpkin cinnamon rolls! With brown butter icing. Since moving to Omaha less than a year ago, we've been enticed with cinnamon rolls everywhere we go. By Far these are the BEST! Thier Caramel Coffee is fantastic too! Even tho short staff they are worth the wait! Staff is courteous, polite and still friendly with the constant wait...again well worth it. Breakfast was great also! Open 7-2pm (7 days a week). We will definitely be back. A place you can take your kids or grandma!

No complaints here! Got to love a local business that supports other local businesses. Avocado toast with poached egg hit the spot. Their morning drinks are really good too. They also sell homemade jams/ jellies and local hot sauce¡
