Either the quality of the food has taken a turn or I'm getting way pickier we had a two-star meal here tonight, during which: - the appetizer was made

Food service. I lived from 120th center and occasionally visited the old chicago near, but I recently moved to 97th and blonde and took a job on 78th and dodge. because I had been on the old Chicago site on about 3 separate times, all are negatiw. I've been in the industry for over 3 years and I'm currently manager and I'm so disappointed about the lack of service I've received every time. we had to wait for more than 10 minutes to be greeted each time, then just as long as we get our drinks. 2 out of 3 times my cheese for the jalapeño Bretzel-Bisse was crusty and cold, not ordered her a 3rd time bc I didn't want to waste the money. got a 3 for 9.99...read more
