Costa El Sol - Omaha

The restaurant seems to be declining with each passing year. It’s not nearly as good as it was three years ago. Both the food and the ambiance could use a complete refresh.

This restaurant has consistently provided an unprofessional experience. Service is often slow, and my orders are frequently incorrect. The staff seems to lack basic customer service skills. If you're not passionate about serving others, perhaps running a restaurant isn't the right choice for you, especially when the staff appears to be dissatisfied and unqualified.

The pupusas are terrible; they're nothing but dough, and to make matters worse, they never give you what you ordered. Without a doubt, this is the worst place I've been to.

Not happy. I waited for my one pupusa beverage as several people came in picked up orders over a good 20+ minutes. I had to ask to see what was going on with my order. I got it after that. The pupusa was ok, but the atole de elote was from a mix. Artificial tasting. I have only had it homemade by Salvadoran people.

Salvadorian food was great!! Mexican food not so much. But I would definitely go back for Salvadorian food in the future. The server can be a little more friendly.
