Przekaż informację zwrotnąIn my most generous interpretation they were completely unprepared for a Sunday holiday trip to the midday. we had a reasonable waiting time to take a place so it was not a problem, but once we set ourselves, we waited for 15 minutes to a cup of coffee. the waitress seemed very stressed, and this could have added to the mistakes that they and the kitchen have made. When we finally got our food, everything was wrong. in our first attempt to fix it, it became clear that our waitress did not know the menu. for example, that the side of the bacon a la cart four strips not two. when we had the right things, my eggs were cold, the speck was still under, and the earthy were mush. as we waited, there were at least two other tables that get the wrong things, and we heard the kitchen 86 an element that seemed to cause additional confusion among the employees. also our bill was wrong and had to be adjusted. we are not coming back.
We came during a Sunday brunch rush. There was a 20 minute wait to be seated (which was expected). After being seated, it took the waitress 10 minutes to stop by the first time. She took our drink and food order.While we waited we noticed the table was poorly bussed. Most of the table top was clean but the back of the table near the wall and the edges of the table were very sticky.20 minutes after ordering, the waitress came by to apologize for the wait and explained there was a large group before us. We said that was fine and asked how much longer it would be before the coffee would arrive. She left and brought it back immediately and apologized for forgetting it.When the food arrived, there wasn 't a single item that was correct to what was ordered. I ordered the french toast (2 pieces) with a side of bacon (4 strips). What I got was 1 piece of french toast, 2 pancakes, and 2 strips of bacon. I explained the problem and the waitress said she 'd get it fixed. A few moments later she came back with a plate with 4 strips of bacon and asked if everything was fine now. I explained again. Now there is too much bacon and a piece of french toast was still missing. 5 minutes later the final piece of french toast arrived.During the very long wait we could hear the staff announce that there was no more crispy chicken and then a little while later that there was no more whipped cream. Some of the staff then went around and asked if people would like to substitute grilled chicken on their meal while others were saying we are out of chicken, you can 't have the chicken sandwich . This whole experience was like watching a trainwreck unfold.I don 't normally leave bad reviews but now that I am home and sick to my stomach after eating here I am questioning if I got food poisoning from this place. If I did it was either due to the barely cooked, pale, soggy, floppy bacon or the general lack of cleanliness visible throughout this location.Eating here makes me want to never go back and I 'll think twice before eating at another IHOP.
I had the best experience with Denise at this location. my friend and i came on a sunday night at about 1030 and it was pretty busy considering she was the only one working on the floor, as well as managing take outs. she communicated with us that stuff might take a while but she still took amazing care of us. She was so friendly and i really don’t think anything took too long. by the time my friend and i were done she had almost 10 tables and was doing it ALL alone. denise deserves a raise and i hope her manager knows what a gem she has!!
Food was good, brought to us fresh and hot. The coffee tasted like a fresh roasted pot. I gave a 4 star, as prices have gone up quite a bit and the service was very very slow. The floors and seats were pretty dirty, it looked like they havent mopped the floor in days. There were crayons, rotten food bits under our table.
I had an amazing breakfast at this location. Clifford was our server and he is just absolutely phenomenal. He was very attentive and friendly and even brought me a root beer float, free of charge, for my birthday. My wife ordered hash browns that ended up being burnt, but he replaced them rapidly with fresh ones that were perfect.
