Heartwood Lounge - Omaha

It's hard to find a good place without having to make a reservation on a Saturday night, but after failing to put on several that I knew, we wounded here because we were sitting cold immediately around 630 o'clock. for a hotel restaurant it was quite good. overpriced as most high-end hotel restaurants are, but the fact $39) was excellent, cooked, just as I ordered it, and my sohn 's rib eye was also. they make an excellent martini, even handspot oliven with bleu cheese for me. only really negatiw was the atmosphere as bright, sterile and cold they feel almost like they're eating in a hospital cafeteria. other than that, and the capital grill or morton 's like prices, a good place for a decent, quiet meal.

Great breakfast buffet. Definitely worth the room upgrade for breakfast inclusion.

I feel it's somewhat over priced about twice of a comparable type of restaurant.

Good service by waiter but food was sub par steak was luke warm at best. Will def make the effort to go somewhere else next time.

Very slow service. Wsited 30 min for a hamburger. Day 2. Breakfast buffet. 10 min to get water and another 10 to get coffee. Worst experience: $39 steak. Asked for mid rare. Keep in mind this is supposed to be a steakhouse Steak was medium and I sent it back. Second steak was blue. This is less cooked than rare. That was just an up yours from whomever was in the kitchen. Wait staff were friendly but frazzled.
