Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

A family of four will spend around $60 for a meal here, excluding ice cream. This feels pricey considering the value offered.

I swung by for a burger and shake after a long day, and it was a fantastic choice. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially since it was my first visit, and the service was excellent. I tried the jalapeño burger, which had a nice kick to it without being overwhelming. I also had skinny fries and a half-and-half shake. The food was delicious! Thanks for a great experience!

I just arrived in Omaha again to visit family and decided to try Freddy's on February 2nd. The dining area was very clean, and I was promptly greeted by a young staff member at the counter. I ordered a Double Patty Steakburger, and I must say, it was the thinnest burger I've ever had. The two patties combined were at most the same thickness as the slice of onion or tomato. Is this standard, or is it a result of inflation? I'm not sure, as I’m used to Whataburger back home, which I prefer. The burger was tasty, and the bun was fresh, but it felt overpriced for what I received.

Update: I'm getting trolled. I followed the link provided in Freddy's response, but there was no reply. I received an email asking who followed me and how satisfactory their response was, but I didn't get any answer.

This place serves an outstanding burger! I've always loved McDonald's fries, but now I'm hooked on Freddy's. And the frozen custard is amazing! The restaurant is also clean and the staff is friendly.
