Epoca Cantina - Omaha

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The service is quick, and the food and drinks are fantastic. The flavors are outstanding. This is definitely a restaurant that my family and I will return to every time we’re in Omaha. The seating is spacious, and there's an outdoor patio with bar access.

"My first visit to Omaha was quite memorable! The server playfully told us that we could only have one scoop of ice cream, but he turned out to be fantastic. The churros were absolutely amazing—we couldn’t finish them! Oh, and I didn’t take a picture, but the tacos were simply excellent too!"

We visited this restaurant based on recommendations from several of my wife's friends, but overall, we probably won’t return. While nothing was truly bad, there wasn't anything exceptional either. My wife found the interior too industrial for her taste, although I thought it was quite nice. Our server was also working as the bartender (it was late afternoon when we arrived), and we had to wait a bit too long for our drinks since he prioritized serving four customers at the bar who came in after us. The trio appetizer was very good, as were the chips, but the highly praised street tacos didn’t justify the drive from Elkhorn.

The food was quite tasty. My wife and I shared some chips with salsa, queso, and guacamole, along with a quesadilla and street tacos. The service was decent but a bit slow, though our server was really friendly. The main issue was the noise level—the music was extremely loud, making it hard to hold a conversation. We both just wanted to eat quickly and leave, which is exactly what we did.

Food? Absolutely top-notch! I’d give it a solid 10/10. They also have two other locations called Bomb Taco – the name says it all! Customer Service? Fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I’ve heard great things about their workplace culture as well. Drinks? If you’re looking to have an unforgettable night (or maybe forget it entirely), you have to try the AMF. It's all about your mood! They also offer nice cold beers, which are perfect after a night of dancing or on a hot day. Fun? My friends love this place so much that they’ve become regulars since I introduced them to it. You’re guaranteed to have an amazing time dancing and enjoying yourselves. Just remember to book your Uber before the night wraps up. Stay safe!
