Epoca Cantina - Omaha

We visited this restaurant based on recommendations from several of my wife's friends, but overall, we probably won’t return. While nothing was truly bad, there wasn't anything exceptional either. My wife found the interior too industrial for her taste, although I thought it was quite nice. Our server was also working as the bartender (it was late afternoon when we arrived), and we had to wait a bit too long for our drinks since he prioritized serving four customers at the bar who came in after us. The trio appetizer was very good, as were the chips, but the highly praised street tacos didn’t justify the drive from Elkhorn.

CWS fans, steer clear of this location. The service is subpar, and the bar staff, along with the manager, were quite rude when I inquired about seating. Despite available tables, they made us wait outside. Once seated at the bar, the bartender mentioned that bar orders were their last priority. I highly recommend visiting other establishments that are more welcoming and well-managed.

I paid $10 for a tiny margarita, and it was one of the worst I've ever tasted. The menu was very limited, and the DJ played music so loudly that it was impossible to have a conversation. I definitely won’t be returning.

I was eating with my family in igloo and wanted to try epoca. I didn't go in so I couldn't get to the inner. the person I spoke to on the phone was helpful. I ordered the house margarita and streettacos. while I enjoyed the margarita, the tacos were in order. I expected more taste from the meat and it was a little dry.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the unprofessional staff. When I tried to speak with management, I felt they were dismissive and even laughed at me. It’s concerning that they serve minors without proper checks. The food was terrible—neither authentic nor worth the price. When I called, the person on the other end couldn't even provide their name, saying they were too busy. I strongly advise against visiting this place, especially since they don't allow drinks either. Overall, I found it to be a very negative experience, and I will be sharing my experience with others to warn them about this establishment. They've certainly lost my business.
