Chipotle Mexican Grill - Omaha

I wanted to enjoy my meal, but I couldn't help but notice that other customers were having issues with their orders, and the staff seemed indifferent. I would recommend looking for a different restaurant instead!

We ordered a cheese quesadilla with guacamole (which was supposed to be included), as well as salsa and sour cream, but we only received the quesadilla and salsa. We also ordered a veggie bowl, but there was no guacamole included, despite it being requested. My husband ordered a steak burrito, and there was barely any meat in it. We placed our order online for pick-up, and I find it puzzling that such a straightforward order could be messed up so badly.

I ordered from the warehouse and the rice was extremely dry. The guacamole had large chunks of avocado that weren't mashed at all, and the chips were barely salted. The portion sizes have significantly decreased compared to before. What a disappointment!

Generally, we love Chipotle. We have often ordered the catering option for our small family of 5. I decided to treat the family and a catering order of chips salsa queso, to feed 50 people. They united our Queso and gave us only one bag of chips. We almost finished the chips in the first setting. Very disappointed we spent 50 on extra chips and Queso and 5 people almost finished it in the first session. I was disappointed when I picked it up and talked to the manager, but they said we shouldn't come anymore. Very disappointing and the worst at Chipotle. We love eating there, but that was hard.

Listed as closing at 10pm but went in and they said they were only doing online orders. What sense does that make whether I order online or in person? Went elsewhere. Close your lobby if you won?t serve customers.
