Chipotle Mexican Grill - Omaha

I ordered a burrito and noticed that the server put very little rice and meat in it. When the next server took over, she wrapped it but ended up tearing the tortilla. We asked her to rewrap it, but in the process, she dumped half of the burrito while trying to switch it out and only wrapped what remained. We requested that some meat be added back in. There seemed to be a lack of management overseeing the situation. After we finished paying, we saw two people waiting, presumably for DoorDash orders, and then a third delivery person walked in, clearly frustrated because her order wasn't ready. There was no urgency in the place, as only a few customers were sitting in the lobby eating. This restaurant definitely needs better training and management.

The rice was overcooked and lacked flavor, resulting in a mushy texture. Additionally, I noticed that the person serving the meat wasn't wearing gloves, and several staff members had long hair but didn't have hairnets on.

This restaurant offers healthier options compared to other fast food places in Omaha. However, the portion sizes are quite small. When I requested a fuller rice bowl, the staff looked surprised and the situation became a bit awkward, which was amusing!

Stopped in for a quick dinner. The customer in line behind me asked about pricing on a few items before they ordered. The staff used the register to give her an exact total, and the customer was not happy with the answer. She started yelling about how expensive the items were, and eventually walked out the door without ordering. I was impressed with how calm the staff remained and how quickly the manager came from the back to talk directly with the customer. No one went to get him, he heard the woman?s raised voice and came to the front immediately. The service overall was quick, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious and worth the price. I hope that lady found a cheap quesadilla somewhere else and that her day get better.

The staff was exceptional! They took care of me expediently and ensured that what I ordered was expressly given to me and boy was I on the go! Haven't had Chipotle in years! I'll be ???? coming back. Thank you ????
