Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Omaha

We ate dinner there on the Easter Vigil. We waited 10 minutes after arrival for someone to ask about drinks. We also place our dinner order with an appetizer. Drinks came, **** mary was the worst I've had in any restaurant. After some time our appetizer came with no extra plates so we had to double our chips. tackle We saw our waitress 3 times in total. Dinner was ok but I've had much better. Cheddars was excellent in every aspect of a company's preparation. My understanding of the business is that things are rough in the industry. But with all the food outlets closing in Omaha, they must strive for excellence again. Not sure about going back, this was a second time in a few months and still not impressed.

It's been a while since we visited Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen due to the pandemic. I was less than impressed with our visit. I know a lot of places are understaffed but it seemed that Cheddars had no issues with the staff on the night we were there. I was less than impressed by very slow service that order drink refills, croissant ziosk and forgotten items that took 15 minutes to be brought out. Definitely we think we'll wait sometime before visiting this restaurant again. Previous experiences have been good.

I enjoyed my fish entre. The decorations are beautiful and the fish tank is nice to see while waiting for our seats. The food is fresh and there's usually always a Sunday wait, but it's worth the wait. The prices are normal for a restaurant, not cheap but not too expensive.

Our immediate family of 5 eat here weekly. We often have others with us. We have 2 children with severe allergies. We are always prepared for this. We enjoy many servers, but Chauncey is our favorite. The only negative I can say is that we are always cold when we eat here. Dress warmly!

My boyfriend and I were traveling through, and found this place!The atmosphere is very inviting and the layout is one of the neatest I've ever seen.It was obviously our first time here, so when our server placed croissants on our table, he noticed the confusion on my face. He told me they're complimentary for everyone at the table!Our server wasn't really the greatest. He barely made contact with us, but it appeared to me that he may have just came right of training, so I wasn't worried. He did his best!We ordered artichoke dip and chips with salsa. The dip was super creamy with lots of cheese, and had just the right amount of spices. Our chips were fresh and thin just how I like em.I ordered medium rare sirloin steak with fries and a salad. My steak was cooked to perfection with lots of flavor, and it was so juicy!My boyfriend ordered chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. This particular entree is the largest I've ever seen from any other restaurant!I'll definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone!
