Wonderful food in a fun setting. Excellent service!

Food was very good (sushi). The service was god awful! We were tucked in this side area so I dont know if that was part of the issue. We got there at 7:45pm and did not get to order our food until 8:25pm!!! Food did not get to us until 9:10pm. It’s not even that they were overally busy (that I could understand). We have 3 people in our party, 3 people were seated at the same time as us (they were In the open seating) and they got their food and 3 orders of drinks before we ever got our order of sushi in!!! I just couldn’t believe it. We still tipped 20 percent as I feel bad for servers during this time, however, they shouldn’t have received that much for how terrible our first experience was there.

Had an informal dinner here. Wife had the vegan mapo tofu and I had the short rib udon. We both thought the udon was great- tender short ribs, nice udon broth. The mapo tofu tasted good, but was a bit salty, which built up as we ate. Wife could only eat about 1/3 of it before it was too salty for her. I finished it, but I also found it really salty by the end. Great portions and value. Very friendly and efficient service. Would recommend the udon and would try the sushi on a future visit.

The service was great, and we were graciously re seated at a regular table (instead of a high top table) upon request. Sushi was phenomenal, and we are excited to return and try out some of the entrees. Great atmosphere would like to try out one of the private booths next time. Parking can be a challenge, but there are plenty of side streets and paid lots in the general area.

Excellent food and service. We had tickets for an event after our meal and we were served promptly which allowed us to get to our event on time.
