Burger King - Omaha

They only had two staff members working tonight, and they did an amazing job! Our food was served quickly, the order was correct, and the server had a smile on her face the whole time!

I had lunch this afternoon and felt compelled to give a shoutout to the BK team for a job well done. The service was friendly and the food was great. I understand they're facing challenges with staffing, like many places these days, but leaving negative reviews just because things aren't perfect isn't helpful and misses the point. The level of entitlement displayed by some customers is quite astonishing. They’re part of the problem, and I hope they realize that as more dining options open up nearby. Honestly, not many people want to deal with customers like that anymore.
