Blue Sushi Sake Grill - Omaha

While at a conference, ate there three times. Wonderful options for vegan sushi.

This place has plenty of vegan options. The prince and the avocado rolls are awesome.

So many delicious and creative rolls. You can tell someone put thought into creating the recipes for their vegan line and we greatly appreciated this. The menu has all vegan items clearly marked and they even had vegan desert! Everything was so good. We went during happy hour so everything was also well priced.

So much more than just an avocado cucumber roll! This place manufactures its own “tomato tuna” and “Eggplantate” and more. So many options, even included in Happy Hour! I love having so many possibilities in this fun, living environment! #Veganuary

I wish I could give him 5 stars because the whole experience was incredible. My only problem was to limit the decisions to four articles to share with my wife. It is rare to have so many vegan options in a non-vegan restaurant. A dedicated vegan section in the menu. I visit Omaha twice a year, and this is a place I will visit every time I am here.
