Baby Blue Sushi Sake Grill - Omaha

This place is quite good, though smaller than the Grayhawk location (as the name suggests). My order was delivered quickly and was very fresh.

I sat on the patio, and they really need to install some sun shades on the west side. If you’re not directly facing the sun, you’re getting blinded by the glare reflecting off the glass.

I'm a bit late posting a review, but really wanted to say how pleased we were with our dining experience here. Had dinner here after a long day of driving east on I-80 headed from Estes Park CO to home in KY. We were tired, hungry and just needed to relax. The food was great, service was excellent, and price was reasonable. Our server's name was Miranda (I think...pretty sure and she was excellent. Very outgoing, informative, and attentive without being too annoying. There's a fine line there! She was great.

This is my 2nd visit to Blue Sake. I went to downtown Omaha on my 1st visit. And i just know there are another branch in other locations since i’m new in Omaha. I love all the foods here, though it is corporate restaurant but they still keep the quality good! Don’t forget to get the Tempura Ice Cream as a dessert.

We had a wonderful dining experience with server Michaela she spent the time explaining the different sushi items and was really personable and friendly. It’s very hard to find a server like Michaela!
