Arby's - Omaha

There was a line of cars at least 10 deep in the drive thru so we went into the restaurant which had a line 5 deep. All orders were taken in order which flowed quickly. The workers were skilled and handled the crowd well. Most patrons allowed space between others considering the lifting of masks mandates for the area. Very pleased with my experience there.

We love Arby's roast beef and cheddar sandwiches; they are the best. We live a good hour and a half away from our ARBY'S but that doesn't cause no problems, we order our sandwiches with everything but the meat on the side and the people never get upset about it. All the people are so great and when we eat in the restaurant it is always clean restrooms too.

Had a great experience tonight. When I pulled up to the window Craig asked how my night was and if I wanted a drink carrier. After 12 hours of being a cog in a production wheel it was really nice to be treated like a person. Thank you Craig for making my day with that little bit of kindness.

I went to Arby's for lunch.Upon arrival, there were easily a dozen cars in the drive thru, so I went inside to order.With an almost full dining area but no one in line, my order was taken immediately. As I paid, before the register could print my receipt, my to-go order was in a sack and I was being asked if I wanted any sauces. Seems the Manager had her crew in gear. I'm not one to post a lot be it praise or complaint, but That...is how you run a fast food place.

This was a bizarrely happy Arby's. I have never been to a fast food place where people seemed to want to stick around. People were watching the game, the employees were having nice conversations with patrons, the employees were taking their time to make things nice. It was particularly striking to watch a teenager spend time an effort to make the shake look absolutely perfect for someone. He clearly cared. On top of all that, it was very clean and decorated nicely for the holidays. They definitely exceeded what I was expecting.
