I can't give this a zero, but here’s my experience. Last Thursday, I took my wife here to celebrate her birthday. We were a group of five (two adults and three children).

This restaurant always seems to set high expectations, but it consistently disappoints. You end up waiting a long time for your food, and when it arrives, it's not great. We had to return our drinks because they were overly carbonated, and to make matters worse, we found hair in our food. They gave us the same dish back after that. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

I stopped by this restaurant after a long day and was pleasantly surprised by Cassidy's customer service. She was a real gem—very friendly with excellent timing. I usually frequent another place, but I’ll definitely consider coming back here. I also appreciated that the music wasn't overwhelming. The nachos were great, and I enjoyed a few Heinekens.
