Angus Burgers And Shakes - Omaha

As always, the experience was amazing. The Uncrustable burger is hands down the best burger I have ever tasted. And let's not forget about the bomb fries. So yum!

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and the food was actually quite good. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. Despite being the only patrons in the restaurant, our order was still somehow incorrect. The waitress displayed unprofessional behavior, such as slouching over the table while taking our order, combining all of our items onto one bill without asking, and seeming rushed to get us out of the restaurant so she could clear the table. We were disappointed after hearing so many positive reviews about this establishment. I am unsure if I will return in the future.

I would have liked to share my thoughts on the food, but unfortunately we ended up leaving after waiting for about 20 minutes without our server returning to take our food order. It would have been more understandable if the restaurant was busy or short-staffed, but I had plenty of time to observe staff members socializing instead of attending to our table. Despite the appetizing menu, we will not be able to dine here again anytime soon.

My family and I visited Angus Burgers and Shakes on a Thursday at 5:00 pm. It was not very busy, and we were seated promptly. Our server was excellent, providing us with water and milk for the kids quickly. I decided to try the crab rangoon burger with fries, while my husband ordered the three little pigs burger with sweet potato tots. Our kids had chicken strips, a plain cheeseburger, and fries. All of our meals were delivered correctly. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious my burger was, with the combination of crab and cheese. The fries were also fantastic. Everyone enjoyed their meals except for my toddler, who didn't like his burger– although I thought it was good. The sweet potato tots were a hit, even with me, who never understood the appeal before. We ended the meal with shakes and shared the monster cookie dessert, which was a large portion with cheesecake and a cookie. The only disappointment was that the cookie was slightly burned. Despite this, my husband and I will definitely be returning to Angus Burgers and Shakes.
