Przekaż informację zwrotnąI made a yelp account just so that I could review this Whole Foods, it is by far the worst that I have ever been to, hot/cold food bars weren't stocked at all. No basic amenities, quality of food that was out looked terrible. Would rate zero stars if possible.
Since World Market was purchased by Amazon, it has not been the same. The culture of this company is exhibited by the way they treat their employees. For example, it use to be a great place to get a fresh slice of pizza or a sandwich. Since the take over, that excellence has been replaced by a gas station approach to service and quality of food. When will customers vote with their feet and no go here to voice the discuss. For me, I made my last purchase here at this remolded pizza station.....I can get a better pizza at the frozen section at a grocery store.
They have THE BEST dark mocha. Only complaints are it’s a little cold inside and it’s often super busy.
Saw a customer shopping without a mask, complained to several employees and nothing was done. As I was checking out I asked to complain formally to customer service, they told me that likely this person had a 'medical condition ' that kept them from wearing a mask and that they dont bother regulars about it because it 's a 'HIPAA violation '. The CDC and health experts have made it clear that no such health issues exist that keep individuals from wearing a mask. Secondly, it is NOT a HIPAA violation to require customers to provide more than their word to prove their health is more important than that of others, this is a policy choice. As well, why is the value of one customer 's alleged health condition more important than that of ALL others? Why is one person allowed to not wear a mask and potentially spread virus all throughout the store? And why is this the only store with this kind of backwards policy? No other store has problems turning away non-mask wearing customers. Whole Foods needs to enforce a mask policy as cases are on the rise, or risk being held responsible for exposing customers for the sake of allowing certain customers, based on their word alone, to walk around unmasked and exposing others. It is appaling that they cant enforce a policy necessary to keep customers and employees safe during a pandemic. I will not be back here! They lost my business so long as masks arent actually MANDATORY.
When are the original brioche buns going to be back?!? The ones made in France. The ones you are replacing them with suck! Just being honest. When?!?
