Addy's Sports Bar Grill - Omaha

I arrived at the hotel late and wanted something nearby, so I decided to try Addys. Andrew and the rest of the bar staff were fantastic. They worked incredibly well together as a team, creating a smooth and enjoyable atmosphere. The food was delicious and kept me coming back to the city last week. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to visiting again next time I'm in town!

During my last visit, I was quietly making a one-minute video without bothering anyone or causing a disturbance, when the waitress approached me and rudely told me to keep it down, even though I wasn't being loud. I was just minding my own business on my tablet. When I explained to her that the moment had passed and she didn’t need to be upset, she responded with displeasure. That was the first major strike against the establishment. The second issue occurred when I took a phone call on the balcony, well away from anyone else, following proper etiquette. Despite this, your GM, Ashley Station, overreacted and kicked me out simply for being there. It was a completely unwarranted response. The waitress who served me, whose name was on my receipt, and the GM need to reconsider their behavior and attitudes. They both deserve some serious consequences and a lesson in proper etiquette and professionalism. Overall, it feels like there's a sense of favoritism in this place. I’ve been respectful and haven’t done anything wrong; yet, I’m treated poorly simply because of a complaint from another regular. The only reason I’m giving this restaurant two stars instead of one is because of their taco special. In summary, I recommend that your staff learn to handle situations better, stop being easily offended, and remember that as long as I’m not doing anything illegal, I expect to be treated with respect. If they continue to act like this, they might find themselves losing more customers.

Addy's has the best chicken wings, and my favorite beer, Modelo, too! Morgan has taken excellent care of me with her friendly service. I've been here before, and both Morgan and Sam are the best bartenders you could ask for. While all the bartenders are fantastic, make sure to remember those two names! The restaurant has plenty of TVs for sports, which makes it a lively spot. The atmosphere is really comfortable, especially since I stay just across the street at the Hilton Garden Inn—only a 15-second walk! If you find yourself in Omaha and want to enjoy a few cold drinks, stay at the Hilton. It's a beautiful location!

Nice little sports bar. Very friendly staff. Was there July 4th so limited menu, but everything was very tasty. Will go again the next time in town!
