Ensaymada is small but has generous amount of cheese. The length of the cheese inside equals the length of the bread. Spicy Tinapa in bottle is a good takeaway for family dinner. Great as a pasta sauce. Medium spicy with good tinapa flakes and tomato paste

I've tried the Dulce de Leche ensaymada and Cheese Roll and I prefer the latter. It's so soft and yummy. However, I just find it small like I can finish it in just three bites.

I am sooo the target market of their packaging, they are just the prettiest floral, pastel and dainty. ???????????? Can’t wait to hand them out as gifts (ready to give with tags ribbons) especially this coming Christmas season. Some of my favorites are their (melt in your mouth, super thin) Lenguas De Gato, bottled Spicy Tinapa, and these cute Ensaymaditas which come in Queso de Bola, Cheddar and Dulce de Leche flavors. You can get the assorted 1 with all 3 variants in a pack (like in the photos I attached) but I highly recommend getting a whole Dulce de Leche, my favorite, for that perfect sweet and salty combination from the dulce de leche and the cheese respectively.
