I have eaten here quite a few times already but managed to wake up early for a Sunday breakfast for the first time today ; We ordered a plate of idli (Php 150 , 2 plates of vada (Php 150 each and masala chai (Php 55 each . Loved the vada (I am bit partial to vada compared to idlis but both were delicious . They were served with sambar which I was too hungry to click! Service was great as usual and reasonable pricing might make this my regular Sunday breakfast place : For my filipino friends idli is a steamed rice cake, vada is a fried savory doughnut (made from split black grams it’s fluffy crispy and sambar is a lentil soup with veggies (slightly sour in taste and it perfectly accompanies the vada and idli along with coconut and tomato dips!
I couldn't believe how delicious the food was here! We were looking for a new place to eat and found Anapoorna on Eatigo. Honestly when we got there we were thinking twice about coming in. If you're looking for nice ambiance, this is not for you. The Singaporean Laksa is so creamy and flavorful! The crispy springrolls were on point. And the roti is to die for! They have a lot more Indian food options on their menu, even vegetarian choices but it had no description so I just went with the universal ones and I'm very happy! They have free parking out front.
Since i been few times and tried most, the following works good and consistent for me The Gongura Awakai Chicken and Paneer in the sizzler form tastes good The Prawn (Ralasima Vepulu) The Mangalore Fish Curry Chicken Cettinadu RAVA dosa is more prefered over the other dosa
In search of Indian food sply dosa craving in this city I happy to discover this wonderful place. A small place , optimum variety of food perfect mix of north india south india spreads. I tried Mutton dosa I just loved it. On the top, lucky to get company of Mr Ramesh co owner over the lunch. Wish to come back again to try the biryani. Wish Annapoorna team all the best.
Eating dosa was something that I was badly missing ever since I left India and finally this place has got my back! Best Dosa and best South Indian filter coffee. All dishes were good, especially the Andhra chili chicken and Baji. I would recommend this place to fellow Indians/ people who would love to taste authentic South Indian foods.
