Pizzeria La Gitana Olympia

My girlfriend and I visited a restaurant last Saturday to listen to music. I made a reservation online, but we were initially seated at a table in the back. When the owner noticed we weren't happy with our table, he kindly moved us to a better one closer to the front. We decided to stay and ordered a gluten-free pizza, a side salad, and two glasses of wine. The wine was good, and the salad was above average, especially the balsamic vinegar. However, despite the busy atmosphere, we had to wait 45 minutes for our small pizza. The crust was overdone and almost burnt, and the sauce was lacking in flavor. The toppings, particularly the artichokes, were delicious. We asked for some table cheese to add flavor to the sauce but were charged $1.50 extra for a small plate of flavorless grated parm, which seemed cheap. Overall, the experience was enjoyable but pricey, making it more suitable for special occasions.

I recently discovered this restaurant and it was truly amazing. The food was exceptional, the service was spot on, and the atmosphere was lovely. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. And of course, I couldn't resist trying the dessert.

The pizza was amazing and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We tried Alexa's favorite pizza and finished the whole thing. We will definitely be returning to sample more flavors and pasta options.

I brought my daughter here for my birthday and everything was delicious. The staff is very nice. It is beautifully decorated.

Delicious food. Even a simple dinner salad is fantastic from this world. The bolognese sauce is my favorite.
