I was truly impressed by this place! I usually have low expectations when it comes to gluten-free bakeries, anticipating mediocrity, but this one really exceeded my expectations. I tried the herb and garlic biscuit and the chocolate scone, and I think about them every single day. The biscuit was incredibly fluffy and flavorful; the texture seemed almost too perfect to believe. The scone was just as good and had an amazing flavor. Even my boyfriend, who isn’t gluten-free, claimed they were among the best baked goods he’s ever tasted. The owner manages everything on his own and is exceptionally friendly, taking the time to connect with his customers. You can tell he takes pride in his products, and rightfully so. This is by far the best gluten-free bakery I've ever experienced!

Without a doubt, the best scone I've ever tasted! I've tried many from around the world, and this one tops them all. I highly recommend it. Even though I'm not usually a fan of coconut, their coconut Hawaiian scone was incredible. I also had the cinnamon strudel one, and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely return on my next trip!

My husband loved the Hawaiian scone, while I was particularly fond of the chocolate chip. Each flavor was delightful and truly tantalizing for our taste buds. I've never seen scones this large before! The six I bought served as our breakfast for two days and also made for a lovely afternoon snack. I've heard that with the fall season, they will be adding soups to the menu, which I can only imagine will be just as enjoyable. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by Olympia Bakery to pick up some wonderful treats made by a friendly and talented baker. Enjoy!

This cozy little spot is fantastic! They offer a variety of gluten-free pastries, breads, soups, and desserts. On my last visit, I enjoyed the bacon and cheddar biscuit. One area for improvement would be their signage, both outside and inside. I get that the limited outdoor signage is due to the fact that they only display it when they're open, which is until they sell out of everything. However, the interior could definitely benefit from clearer pricing signage. Overall, it's a wonderful bakery worth checking out!

Absolutely the best scones we've ever tasted! I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant about spending $6, but it turned out to be the best $6 I've ever spent! The whole bakery is gluten-free, which is perfect for our friend with celiac disease. I ordered the strawberry scone, while she went for the savory cheddar scone. It was so delicious that I couldn't even snap a picture of it before diving in!
