Mcdonald's - Olney

Every time I visit this restaurant, they mess up my order. I always ask for a Big Mac without cheese, and they consistently put way too much salt on my burger, even on my child's burger. I also ordered a McDouble with no meat, and they got that wrong too. It's not that difficult to do the job correctly—I work in a restaurant myself, and we rarely make mistakes. Occasional errors are understandable, but this happens every single time.

The personal I interacted with was very nice. the food arrived quickly and the tables were kept good. excellent bathroom for a mcdonald’s.

We waited 20 minutes for food in the drive thru for an incorrect order that was missing three items. I told the worker who delivered the food that it was missing items and she said she would come back. She didn't come back. I had to go into the building to find that they still didn't have the order correct. No apology for the wait from anyone.

Waited 15-20 minutes for fast food as 5-6 cars have gotten theirs. Not even a large order. I have worked at fast food and know this is poor service and caused by incompetence. Poor staff.. sorry but 1 star.

I'm not a frequent McD customer but we were going thru this town and used the drive thru to place an order. It was actually a bit complicated order and I was certain they would not make it correctly. But to my surprise everything was done right and the staff, both the person taking my order and the person handing it out, were friendly and polite. It was a busy time of the day but the line went through quickly. Good job McD!
