Jersey Mike's Subs - Olney

Store seems to prioritize walk ins over app orders. If you don't mind waiting 45 minutes for you sub with all of the employees ignoring you, this is the Jersey Mike's for you. Requested a refund from both the store and corporate website. Crickets all around. Poor management and workers don't seem happy. Do yourself a favor, eat somewhere else.At the end of my visit I did speak to one employee who mentioned I would need to request a refund on the website, when visiting the website it says to contact the store. I called after the visit and was told the Peter the manager would call me the next day.

Assembly line but delicious. They serve a sub just like what I used to eat when I was a baby kid teen in Philadelphia.

Can't go wrong with a 13 and the staff here are amazing and attentive.

Not impressed. Medium sub is size of a small at most places. I didn't want to tip (workers were not on a tipped wage and they only did their basic job), but somehow a tip was added on. I didn't bother to argue. $32 for 2 subs with chips and drink. Lots of better places for the money.

Ordered gluten-free bread. Paid EXTRA for gluten-free bread.Current state of vomiting indicates it was absolutely NOT gluten-free bread.
