I actually wanted to leave a tip although not the best service, but I changed my mind immediately after adding an additional 20% to my bill. I was told that this is not a tip (Propina) and it is not optional! This is also a standard fee added by all restaurants in the area. Everything was a lie. I am now angry that I have still paid it (because it was something similar to what they add in Argentina). Hidden price and lies, how is that legal? Unfortunately we have just gone from the road, not check reviews first... In terms of food, it was okay, but waitress couldn't take care less. She served me burned pizza with cut-off sides and didn't even apologize for a single word. She served me a diet, but I asked for regular. This place should be closed for its exercises!
I didn't want to eat much because most places fill the plates with too much food. Usually I don't buy chicken, but I had a long 2nd day in Machu Picchu and just wanted some light. I enjoyed my sandwich and the hospitality was great for me.
Decent food, had a good pizza and free nachos, but they add a 20 percent fee. Would go somewhere else.
Food is basically added a 20% fee to your bill and this is unannounced. With the spaghetti Carbonara, my wife did something wrong. Better that they skip this kind of foods of the menu if they do not manage to prepare is with fresh ingredients.
